Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Fiktion games and services, including our Connect video chat feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Age Requirements
Our services are not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the app. Certain features (such as Connect video chat) are intended for adults (18+) and may require additional age restrictions and/or age verification.
Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We may provide notice of material changes in-app and/or by posting an updated version on our website.
User Accounts & Conduct
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. Guest accounts have limited functionality.
Connect Video Chat Conduct
When using our Connect video chat feature, you must behave appropriately and respectfully. Harassment, sexual content, nudity, exploitation, or harmful behavior may result in suspension or termination. Connect sessions are time-limited and require coin payment; the duration and cost are shown in the app at the time you start a session.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others; cheat, hack, or exploit game mechanics; distribute malware or spam; violate intellectual property rights; or engage in any illegal activities.
Community Standards
We maintain a positive gaming and social environment. Hate speech, discrimination, bullying, or inappropriate content will result in account suspension or termination. Respect other players and follow our community guidelines.
Connect Video Chat Rules
Video Chat Guidelines
Our Connect feature is for genuine social connections. You must be 18+ to use video chat. Sessions are time-limited and require coins; the duration and cost are shown in the app when you start a session (for example, a short session may cost 300 coins). Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misuse may result in suspension or permanent ban.
Matching & Preferences
We use your preferences (gender, age range) to facilitate appropriate matches. You can control your matching preferences in the app settings. We do not guarantee matches and reserve the right to modify matching algorithms.
Safety & Moderation
Users can report inappropriate behavior. We may investigate reports and take action to enforce our policies and protect user safety.
Payment & Refunds
Connect sessions require coin payment. Virtual currency (coins) is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we decide to issue credits (for example, if a session fails to start due to a technical issue). We do not guarantee successful connections or matches.
Gaming & Fair Play
Fair Play Policy
All players must compete fairly. Use of cheats, bots, exploits, or third-party software that provides unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Tournament Rules
Tournament participation is subject to additional rules and eligibility requirements. Prize distribution is based on final standings and compliance with tournament rules. Cheating in tournaments may result in permanent bans.
Virtual Currency & Items
In-game currency (coins) and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and may be modified or removed at our discretion.
Game Availability
We offer various games including 2048, Zombie Drive, and other casual games. Game availability may vary by region and device. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify games at any time.
Messaging & Social Features
Real-Time Messaging
Our platform includes real-time messaging, friend connections, and group features. All user content is subject to our community standards. We may review content and metadata in response to reports, to investigate abuse, and to enforce our policies, subject to applicable law.
Friend System
You can add friends and participate in social gaming. Friend requests must be accepted to become friends. You can report inappropriate behavior through the app.
Content Guidelines
All user-generated content (messages, usernames, profiles) must comply with our community standards. Inappropriate content will be removed and may result in account suspension.
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
All game content, including graphics, sounds, code, and trademarks, are owned by Fiktion LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
User Content
By submitting content (usernames, messages, reviews), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.
DMCA Compliance
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us with a detailed DMCA notice at connect@fiktion.llc.
Monetization & Payments
In-App Purchases
We may offer virtual currency (coins) and/or premium features for purchase. Purchase availability and pricing may vary by region and are subject to change. Refunds (if any) are handled according to applicable law and the policies of the platform through which you purchased.
Subscription (Premium)
If you subscribe to Fiktion Premium, the subscription title, length, and price are shown in the app prior to purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings (Apple ID or Google Play) after purchase.
Virtual Currency
Coins are virtual currency with no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Coins may be earned through gameplay and rewarded ads and may be purchased if purchasing is enabled in your version of the app. We may modify virtual currency balances to correct errors, prevent fraud/abuse, or comply with law.
Advertising
We may display advertisements in our app. Rewarded video ads provide coin earnings. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiktion LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
Termination & Disputes
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Delaware.

By using Fiktion games, Connect video chat, and social features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
