How to request deletion
In-app request (recommended)
Open the Fiktion app → Profile → More Information → Report an Issue, and submit a request with the subject "Delete my Fiktion account". Include your in-app username and the phone number used for sign-in (if applicable).
Email request
Send an email to connect@fiktion.llc with the subject "Delete my Fiktion account".
Include identifying info
In the email body, include the phone number used for sign-in (if applicable) and your in-app username (if known). If you are contacting us from a different email than you used with the app, mention that as well.
Verification
For your security, we may ask for additional information to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.
What data is deleted
Account & profile
We delete or de-identify your account profile information (for example: username, avatar, phone number if provided) and other profile-related data stored with your account.
Gameplay & social data
We delete or de-identify gameplay progress and social data associated with your account where feasible (for example: friends/requests, messages, event/challenge participation).
Uploads
If you uploaded content (for example, media in chat), we will delete the stored file where feasible and remove associated references.
What data may be retained
Security, fraud & abuse prevention
We may retain certain records and logs where required or permitted by law for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our terms.
Backups
Copies of certain data may remain in backups for a limited period and will be removed through normal backup rotation.
